We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer returns on non-bespoke jewellery within 30 days of delivery provided the item is unused/unworn and in its original packaging.

Bespoke orders

Bespoke or personalised jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable. This is due to the customised nature and craftsmanship involved in creating these unique pieces. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on bespoke orders unless the item is faulty.
